1. The Scope of Warranty:

The goods which are manufactured or contract manufactured and sold by Hitecnico subject to the official signed Contract or Proforma Invoice together with buyer’s payment evidence, and there is no argument in the account.

Hitecnico warrants for the sold products, it will be valid only for claims within the warranty period. The warranty period could be differed from product to product, and the specific warranty period should be subject to our official price list, offer, Proforma Invoice or Contract. The warranty period is executed from the date of shipment.

The claimed products should be properly used under the conditions defined in specification sheets or relevant technical documents, and there should be no man-made damage, accident, disassembling, mis-installation, modification by any un-authorized party, or abuse out of product’s applications. 

Hitecnico’s sole liability is to repair or replace the defective parts involved, while Hitecnico is not liable for special or consequential damages or losses directly or indirectly related to using Hitecnico’s products. Hitecnico is not liable for consequential damages or personal injury while installation or adjustment. Hitecnico is not liable for the cost of installation or any other cost incurred by using our products.

2. The Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) for Warranty Claims:

2.1. The buyer observes the defective products or parts.

2.2. Check and examine to make sure the products are Hitecnico’s from the labeling, packaging or other parts. Recognize the shipment date to make sure it’s within warranty period.

2.4. Hitecnico shall check and confirm whether the claim is within the warranty scope, and investigate the details. If the defective products or parts are confirmed to be returned, Hitecnico shall issue a RMA (Returned Material Authorization) prior to shipment. Returns will be shipped at buyer’s expenses.

2.5 If Hitecnico finds the returned products or parts working properly, the buyer may be billed for testing, re-packaging, shipping, and other related cost incurred. If the returned products or parts are within warranty scope, Hitecnico shall replace or repair and ship back to the buyer at Hitecnico’s expenses. 

3. The Technical Support for Products:

Hitecnico ought to offer the documents about the descriptions, specification, usage and storage explanation of products and the buyer also have the obligation to know well for the products.

If the buyer intends to apply the products to the special purpose, or in the particular environments, please ask us for the relevant information to make sure of the suitability of products.

4. The Replacement or Repair Exceeding Warranty Period:
